I live in the UK for more than twenty years, it is a very multicultural place. I speak Portuguese and basic Spanish, therefore I know the importance of speaking English as a second language (ESOL). I have a certificate in Teaching Assistant NCFE Level 2, Non-Qualified Teacher Assistant SEN (Dyslexia, ESOL), and Level 3 (NVQ equivalent), for National Curriculum. During my course, I did a placement in a Primary School, with different ages between 4-11. When my children were young, I used to be volunteer at their School, to have a better approach to the Curriculum, and a better approach to British grammar, as well as the culture. Engaging is fundamental to building a good Teaching-Student relationship while studying.
I am enthusiastic about helping students to develop and learn excellent communication skills, at the same time allowing the students to have a full understanding of the Curriculum. I have a high administrative background, and also a Freelance Translator. I am very passionate about languages, so meeting people from other backgrounds and cultures is very rich to exchange experiences, and develop new skills. I also have good organising skills and a good standard of writing aptitude. I am quite flexible, friendly, reliable, and professional always, and continually happy to help. My approach to students is quite sensitive and receptive according to everyones needs. Learning is always a gain to share experiences and learn from each other.
I am quite expectant to meet new students and travel together throughout the English Language.
