I have been a chef for 35 years. Ive worked all around the country. Im now settled in gorleston on sea in norfolk. I like to teach people cooking and have been told by three different chefs i should be a college lecturer. I have worked with people with special needs as well. I consider myself calm professional, good listener and patient. Im half italian and i love italian food but can teach food from other countries as well. Im offering on line teaching or i would be willing to come to places to do cooking demonstrations. I feel i would teach skills that you can use at home and could impress yourself and other people with. Eating and cooking is something we all do every day. With the cost of living i can show you ways to prepare food that wont cost the earth but is good for you and your wallet. I dont claim to be the best chef in the world but i do know what im doing and feel i can help anyone. Things are not easy at the moment, but if i can help you any way i can then id love to do so.
