I studied languages at University in Italy and then I moved to the UK, so I know very well what it means to learn a new language. Along with Italian I also speak English and Spanish, because of that, I am aware of the struggle that anglo-saxon speakers go through to learn Italian as well as the difficulties that someone with a neo-latin language might face. But don't worry if you don't speak any of them, in that case we will both discover aspects of languages that we don't know and that we could et fascinated by.
My classes will target your goals and ambitions to make the time spent together fun and interesting at the same time. I believe that the main objective of learning a language is to be able to communicate effectively, that is why I tend to focus on speaking and listening with bits of grammar which is necessary to give some structure to the speech. As I get to know you, we could be able to touch upon topics that you already like or that you would like to discover together.
Thes structure of the class is very much determined by what you want to achieve and by the kind of person that you are. Are you happy to be surprised or would you prefer to be somehow involved in in the creation of your lesson plan? Or maybe you don't know yet and we will find out together!
I hope to see you soon in class.
