My experiences with teaching English as a Foreign language is to embrace the language that others speak and then use this to translate into the English language. A differentiated programme for each individual helps them to learn their own way. Slow steps to then increase their ability to adapt to the language and use their skills of how they learn. Lessons need to be interesting, dynamic and challenging to maintain the learning ability.
