I work with ages 4-16.

My lessons are very adaptable, working with you to tailor to your specific needs. I aim to ensure all my lessons are fun and engaging, no matter what age or proficiency. I am a firm believer that speaking a language is the only way to truly master it!

This is why I use the Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) Method. This is where you and I will spend majority of our lesson time actually speaking Spanish in order to practice the new skills we have learnt. This is an opportunity to better pronunciation, improve your listening skills, and make mistakes! We learn from errors; they are an integral part of the learning experience!

For GCSE students, I look forward to working with you to feel confident ability in order to ensure you achieve your dream grades. The GCSE Exam is split into four aspects - listening, reading, writing, speaking. In our first session, I would ask you to complete a short informal assessment to review your strengths and areas for improvement. Typically students tend to find the Speaking and Listening Exams most challenging. I have lots of strategies to ensure you are performing to the fullest extent of your ability.

Sessions typically are one hour long, but can be up to three hours depending on your individual needs. I am happy to work one-to-one, or in small groups.

I work both in person, and online, if necessary. Online can be through Teams or Zoom - whichever you prefer.
