I have 5 years of experience as well as I fulfill the educational requirements in this field. I have taught at secondary, intermediate and university level. With the grace of God I have secured 100% result at board level. My students got full marks in chemistry and general science. My students got first, second, third and even got first fifteen positions at secondary board level exams each year. I was awarded with best teacher , best discipline and best exam controller award. The college management was fully satisfied and confident about my performance and my result. I also have online teaching experience in Uk. I taught A-level chemistry to students and they got good marks in their exams.
In case of my academic background, I was a hardworking and competent student. I got 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions in my MSc. and M.phil semesters. I also secured state talent scholarship. I became interested in teaching after realising that how much I had benefited from excellent and passionate teachers. They exuded a real sense of enthusiasm for learning which inspire me to pass that passion to upcoming generations. During my 5 years of experience I learned how to teach students, I learned the importance of differentiating lesson plans to educate and engage students with different strategies such as well thought out seating plan and friendly competitiveness in learners. I had idea that different students have different calibre so using different techniques by encouraging them, by giving awards I motivated them towards studies and at the end of the session they all achieved good grades. During school placements I witnessed the challenges and rewards present in a school environment. Teachers need to be resilient particulerly when working with students who find school difficult, donot want to engage and donot want to accept support. However, I look forward to working in the education system and believe I could help and inspire students to develop their future aspirations.
