I believe being positive, and optimistic when teaching is a big key to my students' success. I am very flexible about what to teach, but before any lesson I always like to consider what my students wants to achieve on playing the double bass. I am very flexible about what to teach, but before any lesson I always like to consider what my students wants to achieve on playing the double bass. If it is about stepping a level up in their technical skills, then I bring more Etudes, and pieces that are both enjoyable but helping them work on their skills. I also have a built up lesson plan for those who just want to start learning the bass.
