Hi there! I’m Gerardo and I am a first year student studying Mechanical Engineering in the University of Manchester. As many highschool students are nearing exam season for their GCSEs and A Levels, this memory is still fresh in my mind and has even changed the way I approach studying.

Whatever concept you struggle to absorb or need further practice in, I can totally empathize with you because I could never make progress just overnight. Together we can tackle all sorts of past paper questions - not to memorize solutions but to put our understanding to the best use possible. With a notebook on your desk and a pen at hand, together we can overcome any academic hurdles so that you can approach the exam room with confidence and one day even teach your fellow schoolmates the same topics!

As a STEM student we shall sharpen and improve our mindsets and see beyond applying formulas and gaming the system. We’ll develop healthy habits each week clearing any misconceptions we may have. By reading these rather lengthy paragraphs you have actually already made progress and a sincere effort to improve mentally, so don’t be too hard on yourself and just let the dedication speak for itself. If we always worry too much about failing despite investing so much effort and time, we will unironically fall even harder each time we miss an opportunity to conquer the syllabus.
