I’ve been teaching for more than a decade and have worked with hundreds (if not, thousands) of students from age 4 to 16. I’m currently a consultant in school, so I help schools to make sure that their learning is of a high quality as possible so that all students can achieve. This means that I’m an expert in understanding pupils and their needs, and putting in place effective learning that is tailored to how they learn and fills any gaps in concepts and understanding that the pupil might have.

I like to make my lessons interactive and engaging, getting the pupil involved… there’s no boring sitting and listening in my lessons! They often follow a structure of I do, we do, you do, so that I can show you how to complete something, we try one or two together and then you can have a go on your own, once you’re really confident!

If you’re prepping for an exam - phonics, SATS, 11+, GCSE - then I can help with that too! I have dozens of past papers and hundreds of questions to complete together, which I can walk you through to make sure you understand what is being asked of you and how to go about answering it to gain maximum marks. I also work with my students on timetabling and revision programs for maximum impact in their learning.
