My session first seeks to understand you own personal challenges in the areas of emotional intelligence and leadership so we can really tailor the time to what you need.

I have had a long career in sales, marketing and senior management along with years of coaching people as a sales coach, leadership coach and as an energy and transformational coach. I have sat on several boards as a non executive Director and I utilize skills gained through all of this as well as professional qualifications to deliver my sessions.

I use a variety of tools, from traditional life coaching to executive and business coaching to specific focus on energy basics, personality types and working to understand your fears and under confidence. The goal is always to support you to become the best version of yourself and be able to smoothly interact with anybody with confidence and style.
