I have experience with 1-to-1 in person tutoring, which focused on help with History A-level and English GCSE preparation. My time working at a primary school means I am able to help with English and Maths at KS2 and KS3 level. My lessons begin with identifying areas of concern then understanding how best to relieve these problems. For GCSE and A-Level work, this may mean looking at teacher marked essays and assessments and considering how best to improve it to get the highest grade possible. I like the lessons to be as collaborative as possible as I feel this is the best way to improve, so I like to go through the work together. Whilst I may go through the work and highlight key areas which need to be improved, I like to collectively find ways in which marks can be improved.
