George Mayne is a professional musician (BA) and contemporary classical composer, a concert classical piano performer and a teacher of piano. He is British and currently lives in London, but in the past lived and worked as a musician in Europe and South America. He has composed symphonic and instrumental music. As a classical piano performer George Mayne possesses his own unique style based on his knowledge and understanding of the nature of the music he performs. In his performance of classical music he uses contemporary feelings of rhythm and musical intonation. All this, together with his original techniques of a concert performer,allows him to show a true spirit of the music he plays. George Mayne successfully uses his extensive experience as a concert piano performer and his profound knowledge of music of different epochs in teaching piano.
