Hello, and welcome to my page!

I love biology, but I can understand how much of a pain it can be to understand and remember.

Over the years I've accumilated a few techniques to help learn and understand difficult biological techniques and I'm excited to be able to share them with you.

I believe that before memorisation and recolation can occur in biology, you must have a root (pun intended) understanding of the mechanics involved. Once that is established, we can look at postive stratergies to have long term and accurate retention, by seeing how these mechanics are involved.

We can also delve into scientific papers and journels, and figure out how they work. Together we can learn, critisize, and discover the primary research biologists have created. At first they are overwhelming, but learning how to identify and interprit data from these papers will provide you with skills essential for furthering your scientific repotoire. I have papers we can work through together, or if you find something that you think is interesting I would be more than happy to work through it with you.

I want to work with you, helping you not only become adept at biology (be it anatomy, population statistics, genetics, zoology, microbiology) but also enthusiastic about it. Biology is neat, and it spans further than people expect.

I did my bachelors in Physiology, with a project in skeletal muscle (specifically intercoursal) and how it helps us locate our limbs. My Masters was focused on how nerves can grow on conductive materials, both metallic and non metallic. If you have any questions or queries about these subjects in particular, just give me a message and I'll be happy to go into more detail.
