My lessons are focused and completely tailored to your needs and requests, I'll utilise many different teaching techniques and practice methods. I focus on creating a deep understanding of the subject itself which we can then apply to break down the rest of the topics effectively. I also train my students in great exam technique to not only give them the subject knowledge but the skills to apply that to a range of questions.
My way of teaching allows for me and my students to quickly become very comfortable and relaxed all while maintaining a friendly yet focused environment that boosts the student to their full potential. I have a very straight forward way of explaining and linking concepts that my students always find easy to understand.
I have two years experience in tutoring GCSE chemistry and have received nothing but strong reviews and fantastic results from students. I've taken students from being predicted 4's to confidently achieving 7's and above through planned lessons that break things down before building up to more complex ideas.
In lessons we'll start with some basics and recall before jumping into the big content to get you warmed up and in the learning mindset before proceeding with practice questions and building strong technique and confidence when answering difficult questions. As a recent student myself I understand how overwhelming some concepts can be in certain subjects and always keep that in mind during my lessons.
