I deal with mostly individual development projects based on my experience as chief executive and Management Consulting work for both small companies and large international organisations such as World bank's Industrial division (IFC) and have wide international history.
Over the years have worked successfully in this area and have references of success available.

I work face to face and with the student/client to decide the objectives and development plan for the client, usually on a part time planned basis, up to the senior levels mainly in operational subjects.
Always begin with an informal discussion before proceeding so that work is tailored to the individual needs, with no wasted extraneous time.

Have carried out successful mentoring based on regular meeting either at workplace or outside of working environment.

Among successes are the training of staff to board level and beyond in current successful company in Midlands, and the development of training in the fashion manufacturing industry and universities worldwide. I am a fellow of the Textile institute
