My lesson are designed on my students needs and goals. My system is that me and my student design the optimums way to organise our time, goals , needs and expectations. My priority is. setting a comfortable and trusting environment, where my students can feel part of enjoyable lessons where they can develop their conversational, listening, reading and writing skills. My lessons would be structured in order to work on these skills and adding grammar and vocabulary exercises.
