Having completed a range of prestigious programs, including the IMTA accredited Mindfulness and Compassion Teacher Training Program, the ICF accredited Mindfulness Coaching program, and a 100-Hour Mindfulness Training, I am equipped with the knowledge and skills to integrate mindfulness and compassion into my teaching. I also hold certifications in various yoga disciplines, such as Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, Prenatal, and Restorative yoga for 750-hour.
My educational journey includes extensive yoga teacher training, such as the 200-Hour Teacher Training in Yoga and Mindfulness and the 120-Hour Yoga Teacher Training focused on the Psychology of the Chakras. These programs, along with my continuous learning through various yoga teacher trainings, have deepened my understanding of yoga philosophy and its transformative power.
In addition to my educational background, I bring valuable work experience as a Yoga Instructor at Virgin Active UK, where I teach Yoga Align (Hatha), Yoga Flow (Vinyasa), and Yoga Calm (Yin) classes.
