I am a friendly and approachable tutor with three years experience of teaching primary-aged children. I like to ensure that my children are engaged immediately by posing questions based on pictures that help develop oral skills so that we can work on putting ideas down onto paper using the wonderful English language. I like lots of interaction and work in a coach-based manner so that I can elicit answers from children rather than giving them. I am adaptable and have experience working with children from a range of backgrounds helping them to achieve their academic goals, and helping them to feel confident and capable to take these skills back into the classroom and everyday life!
