I love my work, I enjoy it every day, and I have managed to learn through amazement and admiration in the EYFS and primary classrooms. I lived in Ottawa for a year, and there my professional projection perspective changed. Dedicating myself to teaching and education was, is and will be the north that guides my career.
My purpose is to develop Educational Wellness, either thanks to Wellness programs for teachers and academic centres or in a classroom with my students. Leading well-being in schools is one of my engines... I love it! The combination of wellness, education and nature is my priority. What would happen if we had lessons to promote well-being in our pupils and develop the capacity for love and respect for the environment and the planet? A very crazy idea, isn´t it? Well, it is mine.
I believe in people, in the child that resides in each of us. I am extremely lucky to dedicate myself to my passion and surround myself with people who add up.
To my view, leadership is based on inspiration, cooperation, example and vulnerability. A true leader serves and helps people to bright. Leadership is the ability of a combination of integrity, listening skills, positivity, empathy, humility, resilience, vision, love, care, and a sense of humour.
