I am teaching from many long time. In starting I gave tutors in my home to my family's and neighbors children when I was studying in graduation final year and also completed graduation I taught long time as tutors in my home.
And now I am teaching in a private college for 9 months.
I experienced in teaching that every student' s catch power is different , some body learns fast and some slow.
And also some feels bored with study while they have good mind , observing this I did try to teach them with another way where they learnt with easley and without bored
Finally I also learnt that we should teach and read with funny way and story way , not like stress way or serious way .
As when I say to student that write a name in hindi such Ram, then I also give expression to saying RAM and open my mouth according to consonants and vowels , show them and say look at mouth and note my expression guess and write and like this they understand where is consonants and vowels and what letters and symbols of vowels.
Thus I have done my experiences in different different way, I also learnt more with students and also learnt some students is different so we have to apply different way and try to teach them with their way what's they like for study .
My experience is good at all and I am happy with this.
