I check the students level of maths skills by conducting home work- for assessing their levels.

I put more time with them, for example one hour , I put one and half hour for the first week.

After I assessing them I start preparing lessons accordingly i.e. prepare different lesson plans , maths work examples, chat friendly with them etc
