The methodology used in teaching my Students has always been derived from the 21century teaching strategies; the 5Cs, which are Critical thinking, Creativity, Communication, Collaboration, Cross Cultural Competencies. The teaching strategies like Questioning method, chunk and chew, think pair and share, Scaffolding, Discussion method, conversational method, Discovery method etc. As an experience and professional teacher, using appropriate methodologies for teaching students always come handy! Students that have come across me, have always been very happy, due to my inspirational teaching I do serve them. For students to learn Mathematics have always been seamless due to my expertise and my Psychological understanding of students' need when teaching them. As a Teacher who understands the Educational objectives, am able to use the domains and right level to apply to teaching my Students. They have always been good. The Educational outcomes have been fantastic. Students love my teaching, they do say it even to my hearing that, any student who has poor background in Mathematics will find my teaching so impactful and they do come out better off!
I will say most of the accolades, which come from both the parents and the wards are not unexpected since I use emotional intelligence in driving my teaching, taking cognisance of the immediate need of the student and perceive, also their future needs. Teaching in general has always been a passion, impacting young ones in Mathematical calculations gives me joy. It has always been a worthy experience for me and great rewards for students taught.
