My lessons would be as simple as it could get. The idea is to make Mathematics or Calculations in general simple for students to understand and tackle. the first step is to enlighten them to take away the fear of approaching calculations. from there I would make them understand that there is always more tham one way of arriving at a solution, therefore they dont have to do it the tutors way , the main thing is to understand the topic and choose the approach that works best for them.
My approach to teaching would involve more practical classes with examples and lots of assessments to test each students ability. I would involve a lot of patience by taking the students by hand and giving them in depth knowldege of tackling calculations.
I would also use a lot of Word problems to test their abilities , video recordings and also share life expereinces woth them.
I would make the class very interactive so the students can feel relaxed and be open minded towards learning and understanding the subject.They need to know they do not have to capture it all at once , but gradually and by showing enthusiasm , they would grab it.

In general my classes would be very iteractive and be filled with a lot of motivation and pep talks just to wake up their spirit and actually believe they can do it as far as they set their mind unto it, and that is all that matters.
