My methods of teaching revolve around being student focused. I will not lecture or talk excessively unless it is necessary. I design lessons built around activities and tasks that will appeal to all learners. I can follow a set school curriculum or create lessons around what you desire to learn; I pride myself on being a flexible teacher. I will also incorporate the interests and passions of my students in the lesson.

I offer a variety of content in my lessons. I can help with essay writing, giving advice to improve the quality, style and formatting of essays produced. As a former debating coach of five years I can also give workshops on improving argumentation which is crucial to essay writing. I can also proof read essays once they are complete.

I have experience in teaching English as a foreign language as well, having obtained my CELTA in 2022 and have previously taught public speaking skills to people for who English was a second language.

I have experience teaching to students of all levels and students with dyslexia and other learning disabilities.

I am passionate about teaching and want my students to do well.
