Studied both Maths and Further Maths at GCSE and A level and achieved an A* in Maths, Further Maths at GCSEs and an A* in Maths A level and an A in Further maths A level. Currently study Maths and Economics at the London School of Economics and political Science so I have very up to date knowledge of the subjects including the sciences at GCSE level and Chemistry at A level. I will base each lesson around the student and what they want to achieve out of that lesson, whether it be guiding them through their homework or helping them understand a certain topic that they have been struggling with. Once the student is more confident with this topic I will go over some example questions with them so they can get experience answering questions and will grow more confident in those chosen subjects in class. I will break down ideas and concepts for each student so that they will understand each problem before we go on to more complex questions so their fundamental skills are polished. I will also tailor my teaching style and speed to each student so that they can get the most out of my lessons and feel as if they have benefitted from them.
