I, myself never liked to study constantly, so definitely I am not an old school person, who would ask students to always keep their eyes in their book but instead I would love to teach them with technology. I would ask them to do bit of research on their own as new generation always love to be with their gadgets and we'll known with internet.

After their own research I would ask them to share their knowledge with everyone. I would prepare PPT, so they'll enjoy it more and it will be easier for them to understand things.

Watching related videos, having fun games related to studies make children attend and focus more on their studies and they enjoy it more and more.

I would give them some fun homework for their own good, which will help to focus on their interested areas in particular topics.

If they are finding difficulties, then it will be easier for me and my students to work on it as they'll be aware of the topic which they need to ask me and I will be glad to help them understand it in a better way.
