My lessons are dynamic, interactive, and specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of each student. I focus on achieving results, ensuring my students and clients reach their goals and experience growth. What brings me the greatest joy is seeing lives transformed, with individuals becoming happier, healthier, and more fulfilled.
I also do group coaching, and organise workshops and retreats in person.

I spent 15 years in the Holistic and Spa industry and know well the human body and what it needs for our well-being. Transiting to life coaching and healing meditation allowed me to reach out to a bigger audience all under the umbrella of well-being.
I also created a program The Power of Self-Love, helping individuals on their journey of self-discovery, inner healing and growth.
