Knowing learning a new language can be challenging, why not practice with a native speaker.
I have experience in translating from Italian to English, helping in communication between Italian speakers and English speakers. I found that conversation and communication will be more efficient in learning a language than only studying books.
After learning all the grammar and gaining fluency and confidence in speaking, the best way is to practise basic rules with a native speaker.
Depends on the needs of the people. And they need help to improve their language fluency and knowledge. Not having particular accents belongs to any area and being able to speak slowly using simple words in Italian makes my Italian easier to understand.
