Gabrielle Baldock

In the first lesson, we will have an informal chat to get to know a bit about each other, where I provide you with a safe space for you to express your goals, your strengths, your worries and areas you may need to improve in.

I will assess your current level through a series of tests and then we will work together to create a plan of action for your language learning journey. I will tailor each lesson towards your needs! Whether this is specific grammar tenses, pronunciation or vocabulary, I am dedicated to helping you get to the next level.

Structure and routine are key to learning any language! So we will start each lesson with a recap of the previous lesson and a quick informal test to become more comfortable with being tested. This way it will feel like second nature when you take the real exam.

There will be plenty of opportunities to improve your speaking with natural conversations together, and ample exercises to help target your reading, writing and listening. I like to personalise our lessons to topics that you are interested in, as through my previous experience in ESL tutoring this has proven successful.
