Hello, my name is Gabriela and with me you will not only learn Spanish, but also, about culture, traditions and history of some Spanish-speaker countries in Latin America.
In our class, we’ll work on building strong communication skills, improving your writing, and expanding your vocabulary. My goal is to make our lessons engaging and relevant to your interests. We will listen to music, play games and watch movies, all in spanish, so you get comfortable with the language.
I want to assure my students feel safe and comfortable with my classes, sometimes, this might get a bit difficult when teachers speak other languages, however, this will not be the case as I speak fluent English, so we will manage smooth and clear conversations and I will guide you in the most practical possible way.
Costa Rican Spanish is one of the most standard ones in the world, and has a plain accent, which makes it perfect for new learners and pleople practicing the language. However, if you want to learn some slang, I can walk you through the coolests.
Whether it's reading classic novels, writing creative essays, or analyzing poems, I’m here to guide you on this journey of learning and self-expression,you don't have to go through your assignments by your own!.
