I always try to find the best fit for my students, according to their learning level, their availability, their interests, and their goals.
The more you know your students, the easier it is going to be to have the correct material and the best teaching technique to work with each one. Teaching online is a very good way to reach more students.
I personally think that practice is the key to success when you are learning something new, especially a language.
If you have enough practice you can see results in a short time and that is very satisfying.
It is important to not be afraid to talk or write, that is why it is necessary to use the correct tools and have a fun class but also a concrete, formal, and efficient approach. Determination, persistence, and patience are key to success.
I am always taking courses or classes to improve my teaching approach and techniques. I am always trying to go ahead and be prepared for the class, I encourage my students, to be proactive, to contribute to the learning process, and to achieve their goals.
