I find learning about what you need/want to know, as well as how you'd like to use knowledge of physics to be very informative in how I like to go about designing lessons.
Depending on your preferences, I typically like to have a collaborative approach to learning such that you can ask questions that suit the way that you are thinking about our conceptual focuses.

Depending on your preferences, I typically like to have a collaborative approach to learning such that you can ask questions that suit the way that you are thinking about our conceptual focuses.
For example, if you're learning about electricity and you happen to be interested in biology, we may look at examples in the body, in order to make the context of our conversation more interesting.
In short, I really enjoy being able to have fulfilling conversations about how what we are learning and know about is related to the things that we are interested in/ want to do.
I am a firm believer in the wildly cliche phrase: "knowledge is power," and as an engineer we really see that every day, in our ability to express ourselves and create using our understanding of how other things in reality relate to each other.
If I am able to, I look forward to sharing and exploring interpretations of physical reality in manners you find fun to engage in, while providing you with the knowledge and skills that you need to reach your goals and express yourself.
Personally, my exposure and interest in science and engineering has all stemmed from understanding the world from the perspective of a family of artists and I approach utilizing the knowledge of physics and engineering from a perspective of expression within a complex system. I hope to help train creators and engineers who will use their minds to express themselves and design a more peaceful, more beautiful, more communicative, and more just (socially and environmentally) society.
