I am a Software Engineering student and I am about to finish my training in the next two months. We focus on Python for backend and so as a little of frontend. As a teacher, I vary my teaching style and strategy depending on the situation and age group. But my all-time favorite is 5E's or Constructivism. I used this method even in teaching and coaching Math learners in the past. It allows student to get engage, explore, explain before I elaborate and evaluate them. I also like Demonstrative approach especially in teaching Computer lessons. I commonly used PowerPoint as my visual aids. It serves as learning tool for visual learners and as an aid for audio learners. And to me, it serves as a guide in order to have a structure or framework of how my lesson flows and not just a scatter learning from here and there. At the end of the lesson, expect and output or evaluation. To test if you get the lesson but you don't need to worry, I always be there to guide you if you need assistance. I have experience both in one-on-one and group class. So whatever you are comfortable with, let's talk about it and make arrangement for it. Let us discuss on where you are at, whether you are a beginner or intermediate level. What are your goals in taking up this tutoring and what do you expect from it. And it would be nice if you have a big project or application that you want to develop out of this.
