Hi guys,

ko-n-ni-chi-ha!In my Japanese class you shall expect a set of fixed vocabularies every week, daily conversational phrases, grammar knowledge, and also some Japanese culture pack as well! I am confident in delivering the class via different modalities (e.g. guided lyrics comprehension, video, role-playing, etc.) I adopt a student-centered approach, so you won't be just listening passively, but rather answering questions (or even asking) proactively, so to keep you engaged. I provided simple homework exercises and class recording videos as well for your revision, and there will be a google drive for me to upload all the learning materials, and for you to submit weekly homework.

I have more than 10 years of experience in tutoring students 1:1, my students aged from 6 to adults. I am aware of different learning styles and materials preference for each individual and you will be invited to provide constant feedback to me regarding the class.

I hope we have the chance to meet each other online, then I can share my passion for learning Japanese to you. Just to share with you something specific: I have this Japanese vocabulary as my favorite one: ko-mo-re-bi, meaning 'sunlight beaming through gaps of leaves'. This concept is being put in word in Japanese only (as far as I know), which makes the learning of Japanese even more meaningful! I love poetic materials like this, and has always find myself enjoy indulging in this kind of poetic vibes in Japanese anime and manga.
