I am very patient and I am very good at communicating with children and simplifying things for children to understand easily and therefore learn. I am also calm and caring towards children and parents. I will offer hours around what’s best for the parents schedules. My lessons will be one to one so I can focus and adapt my lessons to fit the child more specific to make it more effective and worth while. E.g. if the child prefers games or worksheets I will adapt it to the child specifically to what the learn best with. I have grown up tutoring my younger sister and have always enjoyed helping her and seeing her progress and learn, I would like to use this skill further to help other children who are struggling get past the struggles and improve within their education. The dynamic of the lessons will be less like a teacher and a student and more like a friend so the child feels more comfortable and willing to ask questions if the do not understand something which will allow them to progress further instead being ashamed or embarrassed to ask if they do not understand something. I will offer as many lessons and hours necessary to help the child, E.g. it can go up to over 50 lesson if it necessary or it can only be one or two lessons depending on the child’s needs. I am very excited to start these lessons and help children progress and achieve the best that they can.
