My personal philosophy is that , the atmosphere for teaching and learning must be friendly especially for the learner. This is very important as it helps the learner to understand and appreciate the concept under discussion.
I always believe that learners must have more room to operate.
Now, about the teaching style, the students you have will inform you the facilitator as to what pedagogy to use.
So I have actually taught for years now , probably from 2011 and still counting. I have been teaching a number of subjects per the Ghanaian curriculum but most especially MATHEMATICS.
I would not want to blow my trumpet but I promise my students will be happy to have me.
