1st Session Discover Your Strengths

2nd session Create a Personalized Plan
This includes a personalized plan of action that outlines steps to take, incorporating activities that promote holistic wellness, such as physical activity, time for reflection, or having fun. Together, we will develop a plan that works best for you, taking into consideration your lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
Book regular Check-Ins from £30 a session, sessions are aprox 90 minutes
I offer regular check-ins to assess your progress and update your plan to reflect your current needs and goals. This ensures that you stay on track and continue to make progress towards making your best self awesome.
