As an experienced coach, I follow a simple but effective lesson plan. I always set a goal/aim that can be agreed on and then set out how to achieve it.

But before that, I will recap or find out what your pain points are or what you'll like to achieve before moving forward.

Lessons will be fairly relaxed and go at your speed. I like questions, lots of them. I always help the learning and understanding.
