My teaching revolves around you. I personalize each lesson to match your unique learning style. We'll blend theory with practical application, using real-life examples to make concepts stick. Expect interactive exercises and engaging multimedia resources to keep things interesting and effective.

-Typical Length of a Lesson:

Typically, we'll spend about 60 minutes together. This gives us enough time to cover everything we need—instruction, practice, and discussion. But hey, I'm flexible. If you need more or less time, just let me know.

-Qualifications/Experience:

You're in good hands! With over 5 years of experience as a certified personal trainer and Boxing/ Kickboxing coach, I bring a wealth of expertise to the table. I'm all about staying ahead of the curve, continuously learning and growing to provide you with the best possible guidance.

Francesco is the best boxing coach I’ve met, I could not recommend any better. I am learning so much about the sport, things I would have never learnt in group classes. My fitness is increasing rapidly, and most of all the classes are fun! Love chatting to the guy as we train. If you are thinking of booking a class / some classes, DO IT!
