Hi, my name is Francesca and I am a professional pasta maker, with years' experience in some of the top pasta restaurants in London. My first teacher was my grandmother and I have been making pasta since I was a child. I will teach you all the secrets on how to make the perfect fresh pasta from scratch.

Hi, my name is Francesca and I am a professional pasta maker, with years' experience in some of the top pasta restaurants in London. My first teacher was my grandmother and I have been making pasta since I was a child. I will teach you all the secrets on how to make the perfect fresh pasta from scratch.
The pasta making lesson will consist of making the dough and then shaping it into different types of pasta. I offer customised classes: you can choose between egg dough or semolina dough (vegan), and we can decide together which filling, shape, natural colouring or condiment you may prefer.
I also teach courses on any other Italian recipe you wish to learn, from focaccia to tiramisù.
The class can be online or I can come to your house with all of the necessary material.
I have experience with both children and adults
