My enthusiasm for teaching emerged when I was student during Under graduation. I saw my lecturer, I felt that Teacher is profession that give us respect, dignity, pride and make an ideal for many youngsters. Through this platform you can show the right way to youngsters and your words have been listened to many students. If Your intention to serve them and put on a right path, that makes you their ideal and leader. Subsequently, I earned my master's degree at my college, at that time there was a lack of junior lecturers. Although I was an average student of my class, they appointed me to the position lecturer due to my dedication, sincerity and passion toward teaching field. From that early experience to successfully instructing pharmacology and human physiology courses, teaching has allowed me to communicate science to students in a way that foster great appreciation for the study drugs and sense of stewardship for human physiology related to drugs. My experience in education has led me to believe that there are keys for successful teaching, deep disciplinary knowledge, high expectation, fostering interaction between teachers and students. That is crucial, students need to trust their instructor and teachers. I cultivate trust by possessing deep knowledge and being meticulously prepared for class.
