I work with both adults and children from the age of 8 or 9 and I tailor my sessions to your individual requirements. I am a qualified, GTCS and fully PVGed secondary teacher and I am also a qualified Wise for my Size coach.

With languages, I can offer lessons giving an all-round grounding in the target language or I can focus on one or more of the following areas:
- grammar.
- vocabulary.
- pronunciation.
- speaking.
- games, songs and activities.

I listen carefully to your requirements, both from what you tell me and from your linguistic ability in the target language. I then adapt the learning as appropriate.

Mental health is just as important as physcal health and I believe it is vital to actively look after this too. Are you or child lacking in confidence, self-esteem or self-belief? Are you always worrying, anxious or people-pleasing? Does your child struggle to make the right decisions? Using stories, games and fun, creative activities, I support your mental health by helping you understand your body's reactions and exploring different techniques and strategies to use in challenging situations.

I can also support with study skills and relaxation techniques for those all-important exams. But don't leave it until the last moment. This valuable knowledge will support better learning at all stages of education and, ultimately, support your ability to achieve your potential in life.
