I am new to tutoring, but during sixth form I have helped many students before their exams, with their coursework and their final product, helping the get better grades. I always take a gentle approach to teaching someone, always making sure to listen and pay attention to their needs. I can teach GCSE Design and Technology from year 7 to 11 and A-level Product Design. I will tailor lessons depending on what grade you would like to get when you finish exams and I will find resources that you could do in your spare time to get that extra bit of practice in.
I will help you understand what to do and how to do it in order to achieve higher grades and better coursework results. I can also guide you when you make your final product by taking a look at it's drawn up designs as well as taking a look at it throughout the different stages of making it and recommending different ways to improve it or ways to achieve certain manufacturing techniques as school workshops are limited to what they can do.
I aim to make designing more fun and easier to understand as it can be quite complicated. I hope to inspire future designers that will help shape the future. My typical lengths for lessons would be 30 minutes to 1 hour. My hours can be flexible to a certain degree, as I do have to attend university three days out of the week and my hours could change.
