Hello my name is Fiona and I am originally from Munich, Germany which means I am a German native speaker. I have been living / working as an au pair in Nottingham since October 2023 but am trying now a few opportunities to make myself a little bit more independent. I'd love to give my knowledge of the German language to all people who are as interested and enthusaiastic about learning about other languages and cultures as I am myself. Living in another country has taught me a lot, especially when it comes to speaking a language you might otherwise only hear in school.

I've tutored a few girls during my school days - mainly on grammar and text production - and tutored someone only recently for their GSCE exams.

Learning a language is all about finding the specific something that motivates you to continue your learning progress. I'd love to include all potential students in building a structure for the lessons, covering topics they are interested in and approaching the language in a way that helps them to find an easy access.
I plan to cover all aspects of learning German which means speaking, reading, listening and writing, but if there should be a specific area you would like to improve in or if you are learning for a specific exam, we can concentrate on that.
