Flexible and adaptable to how the student prefers, trying to make the lesson as productive as possible. Strive to make the lessons highly engaging and interesting, while understanding the student’s strengths, weaknesses, interests, and disinterests.
Incorporating consistent feedback within and outside the lesson and maintaining progression through frequent assessments. I endeavour to make the student as passionate and curious about their learning as much as possible, which should reflect on their successful outcomes in their subjects (good grades!)
