Ferdinand Timbang

I am pleased to send you my application letter for the teaching position as Part-time Faculty in your under graduate and or graduate School. I have been teaching in Lyceum Northwestern University and Miriam College in their Master in Human Resource Management and Master in Business Administration for eight years and I have been teaching Accounting and Finance in different Universities and Colleges in Metro Manila for 15 years. With this, I do believe that my credentials and experience both in the industry and in the academe makes me an ideal candidate for the position that I am applying for.

I am, Ferdinand L. Timbang a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of the East major in Accounting, Master of Science in Computational Finance from De la Salle University, and Doctor in Business Administration from Lyceum – Northwestern University. I am CPA by profession and held several managerial positions in accounting and finance in various financial institutions before joining the academe.

I am also a Licensed Real Estate Broker, has a Certificate of Accreditation of Accounting Teacher and a Capital Markets Investment Teaching Accredited Professional (CMITAP). I was awarded as the NCR Most Outstanding Finance Educator for the Year 2015 – 2016. Currently, I am the Executive Vice President of the Finance Educators of the Philippines, an active participant in the Philippine Stock Market, and do consulting work for small and medium enterprises while teaching finance and accounting courses. In addition, I already published seven books under C and E Publishing, Inc. and Unlimited Books Library Services & Publishing Inc.
