Hello there,
I am very excited to hopefully be meeting you soon.
In terms of what to expect during my English sessions, I like to keep the vibe very relaxed, almost as if you're chatting to a friend. So, please don't feel nervous at all, as I am sure we would have a blast together.
My teaching content would be adapted to meet your own personal goals and needs. For example, we could have mainly 'chilled-out,' spontaneous conversational classes, we could work more to the book, for example by focusing on grammatical structures or tenses, or we could explore topic-based vocabulary (animals, food, employment, books etc..) This is all up to you, and we can discuss this in our first lesson together.
In terms of my teaching experience, this past year I have been working as an English Language Assistant in France, where I have been teaching English to children from the ages of 11-19.
Also, during my studies at the University of Nottingham, I conducted weekly English classes for adult refugees and asylum seekers with the Red Cross charity. I have additionally volunteered twice in English Primary Schools, once as a French Language Assistant, and the other as a Volunteer Sports Leader, where I taught key sport skills to children.
I cannot wait to help you on your English language journey, so please do get in touch if you have any questions.
All the best,
Faye
