I mostly believe in creating interest, curiosity and make Maths as a hobby among the students. I believe that each child is unique and has different capability in learning and understanding the subject. For that I always explain and solve all the problems for the students and will left nothing for students to do. Students will understand only when all the problems are done by teachers. They will create interest, hobby and love for the subject. They will also be encouraged to do same problems as Home work and come to class fresh mind when they do next set of exercise. This will also let them to remember the problems already done in the class. I mostly inspire the students to do more complicated problems from other than the text book and come with their doubts and get clarified with me. I'm always there to clarify their doubts and solve problems for them. I will show them application of the Maths in real life and will tell them to do such examples in real life. Use Maths in real life and taste its flavour. Even Maths has flavour. But you have to be ready to taste it.
