I am able to use formats which the student prefers to be taught in if they find it better to learn in a specific way etc. the content would cover the syllabus they are getting taught which I will confirm with them if they are in GCSEs. For primary school kids, I will engage in more fun yet relevant factual information for them to stay focused and learn from. Finding their weakness in subjects and getting to know the individual personally will enable me to know their strengths and weaknesses and create lessons which will enable helping them. PowerPoints are the most effective with practice questions after learning the content thoroughly. My strengths are being able to adapt and knowing what the student would like to learn and how they prefer to learn etc.
