My lessons are fun and creative. I always diversify my teaching methods and techniques to cater to my students' needs, interests, and goals. Everything that I use in my lessons is authentic and meaningful. It shows how English is used in students' real life and in different situations to convey meaning. I use games, songs, films, magazines, newspapers, podcasts, flashcards, etc. to broaden my students' horizons of various English uses in different fields. I always ask my students for their feedback after each class to make sure that each lesson I design for them gets them a step closer towards their learning goal. Their feedback helps me to develop my teaching practices and grow professionally. As my students are in the center of learning, my goal is to increase their motivation, satisfaction, and production. I focus on giving them tips, techniques, and tricks that speed their learning development. That is why I always emphasize the importance of formative feedback in my lessons as students need to be aware of their language strengthens and weaknesses. They are able to work out their weaknesses under my guidance. Overall, my lessons do not only foster my learners' English level, but also their independence, self-confidence, autonomy, critical thinking, curiosity, creativity, productivity, and problem solving skills. It is rewarding when I teach people of different ages, needs, goals, interests, and cultures. Exposing myself to such a variety enriches my knowledge of people, teaching, and the English language and encourages me to keep developing and bring out the best in me.
